Any medicine can cause unwanted side effects, but your doctor or prescriber will have made a careful judgment about your condition and decided the benefits from taking this medicine are greater than the risks of unwanted effects. Not to take it as prescribed could be extremely unwise without seeking qualified medical advice. Our Pharmacists will be most happy to discuss any concerns or problems you may have with your medicine.

Our advanced dispensary computer has the latest information to check if your medicines may react unfavourably and will print necessary warnings on the label. We are able to print leaflets for almost any medicines you take, or about your illness or problem.

We keep confidential computerised records of all your medicines, and so can automatically check that a newly prescribed medicine will not react with any others you may be taking. We can also advise you and check any medicines you buy “over the counter” from us. Please try to obtain all your medicines from our Pharmacy so that we can keep complete records and so give you the best possible advice and service.
